- In advance via: cash, cheque with guarantee card or paypal.

Individual sessions can include whatever approaches we have discussed will best suit your needs ie Hypnotherapy or Hypnotherapy and EMDR techniques with or without Light Therapy depending upon your needs and suitability for Light Therapy.

Home Visit £90
Travel / time costs of 50p per mile from nearest Hypnoplease base, can be arranged in certain circumstances (ie initial sessions with agoraphobia / immobility of client etc). I would ask you however to consider the noise / distraction factors as they can hinder the process.
